 Frequently Asked Questions

  • The school is open to all students. Students do not need to be in local community and/or have families with Vietnamese background. To maximize the learning experience, we do ask that each student commit to attending regularly and on-time.

  • The school is in session between Labor Day & Memorial Day weekends ( Sept - May) on Sunday morning. Please review Important Dates to note campus closure dates.

  • The school is closed on the Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Tet, and Easter Weekends. Please refer to notifications for the exact dates

  • Simple! There is only a flat yearly fee payable in check or cash in person as described in the application form.

  • No. In fairness to all students and minimize costs, we charge a flat rate for the entire school year

  • You can enroll anytime during the school year. Recommendation is the 1st day of school for new students. For returning students, submit enrollment form near the end of the previous school year to avoid the 1st day rush

  • Unfortunately, there are no make-up classes.

  • Unfortunately for safety reasons, a non-registered individual cannot attend with their student. This includes both guardian as well as siblings and/or peers of the students. However, prospective students can attend for a trial period of up to 2 weeks.

  • Please inform your teacher and administration. Please note tuition will not be prorated.

  • This school does not have any affiliation, such as religious (church/temple) or political. The school is fully funded by annual student tuition, and not supported by external funds.

  • The Tet Celebration at TTVHVN will host free food, student performances, outside children activities, and lion dance. Traditional ao dai garments are recommended.

  • The last day of school will have graduations, performances, and special activities. Take note of the when student performances may take place to ensure the students are ready. Families are welcome to attend. No registrations required, but parking is limited to the main parking lot.
