Curriculum
Through multiple years of development, the teachers at TTVHVN have developed a textbook series that brings to life their love for education and Vietnam to bring the language and culture to the next generation and our community.
Grade Levels

Best suited for ages 4-5. Must be fully potty trained and able to attend without guardian/parent. Focuses on verbal communication and introduction of culture.

Introduction of written language, in combination with continuation of verbal communication and arts/cultural immersion.

Progressive learning of written and verbal language. Students will advance to competitive levels and be able to read and write.
Textbooks

The textbook serves as an interactive learning guide for students to learn how to read, write, and explore the Vietnamese culture. Each textbook simultaneously integrates workbook pages and lessons to engage with the student. Each class level has unique textbook.

Individualized textbooks are available for each grade progression. Beyond use at the TTVHVN, our textbooks have also been sold and in circulation at various school districts offering Vietnamese language immersion programs.

Competitions

Annual Vietnamese language competition amongst students within TTVNVH. Opportunity for students to be recognize for their academic achievement.

TTVHVN is an active participant of the annual community performance “Ha Ba Trung” to both learn and honor the Trung sisters who are recognized as legendary heroines of Vietnam. Each year, students have opportunity to perform in skits and songs as part of celebration. See more on our YouTube page.
